What began as a small conference in California, over three decades ago, has grown into a global platform for thoughtful conversations and innovation. TED began with a simple belief that ideas can change the way we see the world. Over time, it has grown into a global platform where thinkers, creators, and doers from different fields share insights drawn from real experience. These talks are short, focused, and freely available, allowing knowledge and perspective to travel far beyond the stage. TEDxJims Rohini 2025 brought the theme “Seeds of Transformation: Cultivating Minds Connecting Worlds to life” through voices that showed how change grows from simple beginnings.

Educators and academicians spoke about nurturing ideas through learning research and mentorship.
Healthcare and mental wellbeing professionals focused on care awareness and resilience as foundations of growth. Entrepreneurs and business leaders shared how small ideas become impactful when built with purpose and collaboration. Artists and creatives reflected on self-expression as a way to connect inner growth with shared experience. A student speaker highlighted how confidence and belief shape personal transformation.
