FDP organized on Mastering the Research Blueprint: From Conceptual Model to Manuscript Writing on 2nd January 2026 – 3rd January 2026
The FPM Department at JIMS Rohini successfully organized a two-day workshop titled ‘Mastering the Research Blueprint: From Conceptual Model to Manuscript Writing’ on 2nd & 3rd January 2026 at the campus. The workshop aimed at strengthening the research capabilities of research scholars and faculty members in the areas of conceptual model design, theoretical integration, and high-impact research writing.
The sessions were led by Dr. Ramzan Sama, Dean-Research, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur who also serves as the PAN FPM Chair across all four campuses of the Jaipuria Group.
The workshop delivered strong learning outcomes, including clarity on building an end-to-end research pipeline, transforming theory into conceptual frameworks, selecting and encoding variables correctly, using Power BI and storytelling dashboards for business insights, and aligning research with both business strategy and social impact goals.
Both the faculty members and research scholars gained practical exposure to model simplification, journal-specific storytelling, and methodological rigor. Overall, the workshop was enriching, academically rigorous, and highly insightful, empowering the participants with confidence and structured direction toward producing impactful and publishable research manuscripts aligned with real-world industry relevance.
FDP organized on Open AI Applications for Research on 29th December 2025
The FPM Department at Jagan Institute of Management Studies, Rohini recently hosted a one- day workshop on ‘Open AI Applications for Research’ led by Dr. Ajay Kumar Chauhan, Founder SixthQResearchH LLP (Research Shiksha) and Consultant, Research Shiksha.
During the workshop, Dr. Chauhan trained the faculty members and research scholars on variousAI tools for conducting Systematic Literature Review (SLR), data analysis and academic writing. The workshop began by helping the participants explore various AI Tools and their applicationsin research. Further, the workshop focused on different techniques to analyze datasets efficiently
with AI support.
Besides this, the workshop highlighted the use of AI in conducting qualitative research. The workshop concluded with tips on using AI applications for report writing. All
through the workshop, participants gained hands-on guidance on basic and advanced data analysis AI Tools such as Ailyze, Consensus, SciSpace, Chatgpt, Paperpal, NotebookLM, Julius AI etc.
Overall, the workshop provided rich insights on how to effectively utilize AI applications inresearch.

FPM department recently organized expert faculty sessions on ‘How to write a Good Research Proposal’ for research scholars on 26th March’2021. The key resource persons who took the sessions were Dr. Kirti Sharma, Faculty, Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon and Dr. Deep Shree, Faculty, Delhi Technological University(DTU), Rohini. Both the resource persons shared their insights related to identification of research topic, review of literature, theoretical underpinning, formulation of conceptual framework, research methodology and other important elements of a research proposal. Towards the end, scholars were in all praise for the invaluable learnings they had acquired during both the sessions.
