An Air Cargo warehouse visit was organised by the department of International Business, JIMS Sector 5, Rohini for the first year students of PGDM IB at Skyways Group and Mylogistics Gurukul at IGI Terminal , New Delhi in February 2024.
Skyways provides logistics solutions and services like warehousing, freight forwarding, air and road transportations etc. to clients both in India and abroad. Alongside logistics services it also provides training and education services through its academy popularly known as My Logistics Gurukul.
The visit was initiated by both Ms Alpana Chaturvedi, CEO of Mylogistics Gurukul and Ms Priya Rani Thomas, the ingenious Co-founder and Managing Director of Thomas Global Logistics Private Limited. Ms Priya Rani graced the stage and shed light on the pivotal role of logistics in the rapidly evolving world. The atmosphere was electrifying as she discussed the essential skill sets required for the industry and the vast opportunities awaiting the students. The session was further followed by Ms Alpana Chaturvedi, who captivated the audience with her charismatic presence and innovative insights.
