This theme encourages us to break free from conventional boundaries and explore innovative solutions leading to extraordinary achievements. This concept is not just a buzzword but a crucial skill in the ever-evolving landscapes of international business and retail management. A panel of distinguished guests who have made significant strides in their respective fields through their exceptional out-of-the-box thinking graced this occasion. Mr. Naveen Kumar, the visionary Founder of Navshali Innovations. His groundbreaking work in innovation has set new standards in the industry. An alumnus of IIT(BHU), Varanasi, from the Civil Engineering Department, Mr. Naveen graduated in 2014 specializing in Water and Environment Engineering, he has undertaken numerous projects in schools and colleges, focusing on water purification to benefit society.

Ms. Shruti Swaroop is a distinguished Inclusion Consultant with over two decades of international Human Resources experience. Ms. Swati Sharma is the Festival Director at Vibhor - Shimla International Literature Festival and Vibhor - Noida International Literature Festival, where she has been heading these celebrated events for over seven years.

The session witnessed multiple questions asked by the students which were answered by the
panelists in a through manner. The session allowed students to understand the nitty gritty of
entrepreneurship and also network with the entrepreneurs who have been braving the journey.
