The PGDM–International Business Department of Jagan Institute of Management Studies (JIMS), Rohini organised an in-person faculty and student interaction session with Dr. Stephen Sim, Learning Facilitator at Torrens University, Australia, on 24th December 2025 at the JIMS Rohini campus.
The visit included an insightful interaction with faculty members, focusing on contemporary teaching–learning processes, evolving pedagogical practices, curriculum relevance in a global academic environment, and the growing importance of research-oriented education. Dr. Sim shared international perspectives on innovative teaching methodologies, experiential learning, and strengthening academic delivery in line with global standards.
The student interaction session was engaging and motivating, during which Dr. Sim guided students on future academic and professional pathways. He emphasized the importance of adaptability, lifelong learning, global exposure, and a purpose-driven approach to excel in competitive careers. Students were encouraged to build strong foundational skills, broaden their outlook, and actively prepare for a global professional landscape.
