The International Conference on Advances in Management Practices (ICAMP 2025) was successfully organized by Jagan Institute of Management Studies (JIMS), Rohini, Delhi, on 6th December 2025. The conference brought together academicians, researchers, industry professionals, and scholars from across the country to deliberate on contemporary issues and emerging trends in management.
The day commenced with the registration of participants and paper presenters, followed by the distribution of conference kits, setting a professional and welcoming tone for the event. The inaugural session formally opened the conference and set the academic context. The session began with a theme-setting address by the Convener, followed by the inaugural address delivered by the Director of JIMS. Eminent academicians and industry leaders graced the dais, sharing their insights on the evolving landscape of management education and practice. The presence of the Guest of Honor and Chief Guest added immense value to the session, particularly through their perspectives on innovation, technology, and leadership in modern organizations.
The launch of the abstract booklet marked an important milestone of the conference, symbolizing the collective scholarly contributions presented at ICAMP 2025. The inaugural session concluded with a vote of thanks, acknowledging the efforts of organizers, speakers, and participants. A highlight of the conference was the panel discussion on the “Role of AI in Management,” moderated by an experienced industry expert and featuring distinguished panelists from academia and corporate organizations.
The discussion generated insightful deliberations on how artificial intelligence is reshaping decision-making, strategy, human resources, and business operations. Following the panel discussion, participants engaged in a networking lunch, fostering academic exchange and professional interaction. The post-lunch session was dedicated to research sharing across multiple parallel tracks covering Marketing, Human Resource Management, Finance, and General Management. These sessions provided a vibrant platform for researchers to present their work, receive constructive feedback from session chairs, and engage in meaningful scholarly discussions.
The conference concluded with a valedictory session, marking the successful completion of ICAMP 2025 and reaffirming its objective of promoting research excellence and industry–academia collaboration in management studies.
