JIMS Rohini organized a session for PGDM students on 10th March 2026 on the topic “Designing and Managing Channel Partners for Supply Chain Efficiency” The session was conducted by Sanjay Gupta, Group CEO of PRP Group, who shared his extensive industry experience and practical insights into effective channel management and supply chain optimization.
The objective of the session was to help students understand the strategic importance of channel partners in ensuring efficient distribution and seamless supply chain operations. Mr. Gupta explained how organizations design channel structures by carefully selecting distributors, dealers, and logistics partners to ensure timely product delivery and enhanced market reach.
