FPM Research Scholar wins Best Paper in Track

JIMS, Rohini congratulates Ms. Isha Gupta FPM Research Scholar for being awarded the Best Paper in Track at the prestigious conference held at FORE School of Management recently. Her research paper titled ‘Balancing Screens and Sanity: A Narrative Analysis of Remote Work and Mental Well-Being among Gen Z Employees’, co-authored with Dr. Neelam Dhall and Dr. Sheetal Chadda was immensely appreciated for its relevance, analytical depth, and meaningful academic contribution. Presenting this research and receiving such recognition has been an incredibly enriching and motivating experience for the scholar.
