JIMS Rohini is pleased to share that Ms. Ashita Rohiwal, FPM Research Scholar, presented her
research work at the 13th International Youth Conference in the Series Youth for India@2047,
organized by Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur on February 20-21, 2026.
The paper, “FOMO and Psyche of Repurchase Intention: A Conceptual Framework,” was co-
authored with Dr. Pooja Jain and Dr. Yukti Ahuja. The study proposed a conceptual framework
explaining how Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) can influence impulsive buying behaviour, shape
consumer’s post-purchase experiences, and ultimately affect their intention to repurchase.
The conference provided an engaging environment for discussing contemporary research ideas and
interacting with scholars from different disciplines. The insights gained through these discussions will
contribute to further refinement of the framework and guide future research in this area.
