JIMS Rohini congratulates Ms. Astha Khera, FPM Research Scholar for presenting her research proposal at the 12th AIM-AMA Sheth Foundation Doctoral Consortium 2025 organized by MDI, Gurgaon from July 17-18, 2025. Her research proposal titled ‘A study to examine the interlinkages between DEI initiatives, perceived employer attractiveness and employee engagement’ co-authored with Dr. Neelam Dhall explored the interlinkages between DEI initiatives and employee outcomes.
Overall, the Doctoral Consortium was a great platform for the scholar as it helped her in refining the research proposal basis the valuable feedback received from the expert academicians.
