As part of the Orientation Programme for the PGDM, International Business (IB), and Retail Management (RM) Batch (2026–2028), Jagan Institute of Management Studies (JIMS), Rohini organized an insightful session on 6th July 2026 on "Wellbeing" by Ms. Ritu Saluja, Executive Presence Coach.
The session focused on self-awareness, emotional well-being, resilience, and developing the mindset required for personal and professional success. Through engaging activities and guided visualization exercises, students were encouraged to reflect on their aspirations, recognize their strengths, and understand the importance of maintaining a positive outlook while pursuing their goals.
Ms. Saluja highlighted the common challenges that can hinder personal growth, including self-doubt, fear of failure, procrastination, and adapting to change. She also shared practical techniques for managing emotions, building resilience, and maintaining overall well-being by balancing physical, emotional, cognitive, and social health.
The interactive session concluded with the message that long-term success is achieved not only through professional excellence but also by nurturing emotional balance, confidence, and a growth mindset. The session equipped students with valuable insights to confidently embark on their management journey.
