The sessions for all three sections were conducted by Mr. Gaurav Vashisht, Founder of Green Decor (P) Ltd. He emphasized the importance of learning management concepts through practical experiences and interactive activities rather than relying solely on classroom theory. His engaging approach encouraged students to think critically, collaborate effectively, and understand the real-world application of management principles.

The session comprised a variety of interactive management games and team-based activities designed to strengthen essential managerial competencies. Students were grouped into teams and participated in problem-solving exercises that required effective communication, collaboration, strategic thinking, decision-making, time management, and leadership. Each activity simulated real-world business situations where participants had to plan, coordinate, and execute tasks within given constraints.

Throughout the games, Mr. Vashisht observed the teams' approaches and provided valuable feedback on their performance. He highlighted the significance of trust, coordination, adaptability, and creative thinking in achieving organizational goals. The debriefing after each activity helped students connect the lessons learned during the games with practical management situations encountered in corporate environments.

The sessions also encouraged students to interact with classmates beyond their regular academic groups, fostering stronger interpersonal relationships and promoting teamwork among the new batch. The energetic and engaging format ensured active participation from all students and created a lively learning atmosphere.

Overall, the Management Games Session proved to be an enriching and enjoyable experience. It successfully demonstrated how experiential learning can enhance managerial skills while building confidence, collaboration, and leadership qualities. The session offered first-year PGDM students a practical introduction to the behavioural and strategic aspects of management, making it a valuable addition to their orientation and professional development journey at JIMS Rohini.
