The PGDM Retail Management Department at Jagan Institute of Management Studies (JIMS), Rohini organized an insightful Guest Lecture on “Total Quality Management” for PGDM Retail Management students on 5th September 2026. The session was conducted by Ms. Kusum Shewa, Lead Business Analyst at Infogain Technologies.
The session introduced students to the fundamentals of Six Sigma, quality improvement, process efficiency, and continuous improvement.
