JIMS Rohini congratulates Ms Jyoti Bansal, FPM Research Scholar, on presenting her research paper at AIMC 2026, organised by BITS Pilani, Hyderabad Campus, held on 10th–11th September 2026. Titled “Dark Leadership and Mental Well-Being: A Bibliometric Analysis of Publication Trends, Conceptual Co-occurrence, and Thematic Evolution,” the paper explored the emerging research landscape surrounding dark leadership and its relationship with mental well-being.
The conference provided a valuable platform for Jyoti to present her research, exchange ideas, and engage with fellow researchers and academicians. The insightful questions, suggestions, and feedback received during the presentation offered new perspectives on the research and helped identify areas for further improvement.
