As part of the Orientation Week for the PGDM Batch 2026–2028, JIMS Rohini organized the "Session on Uncasing the Case" workshop to introduce students to the importance of case study analysis as a key pedagogical tool in management education.
The workshop aimed to help students develop an analytical mindset by understanding how to approach, analyze, and interpret business cases. Through interactive discussions and practical examples, students learned to identify critical business issues, evaluate alternative solutions, and make informed managerial decisions. The sessions also highlighted the significance of case-based learning in bridging classroom concepts with real-world business challenges.
