Two Instalments of Rs. 65,000 each payable half yearly
3^rd Year - Rs. 1,55,000/-
Two Instalments of Rs. 77,500 each payable half yearly
Total - Rs. 3,85,000/-
Additional 4^th Year - Rs. 1,00,000/-
Two Instalments of Rs. 50,000/- each payable half yearly
Total - Rs. 4,85,000/-
