Why choose foreign trade as a career?

The growth of trade in India is deeply linked to the country’s vision of ‘Viksit Bharat’ with economic growth target ranging USD 30 trillion - USD 40 trillion by the year 2047. The industry’s potential being tapped by the government through its PLI scheme (Production Linked Incentive), recent FTAs with UAE, Australia, EU and the increasing realization of gainful collaboration with foreign lands clearly point that professionals will continue to be in demand for long. The growing internationalization of Indian MSMEs, the rapid increase of e-commerce exports and FDI inflows means that we have a job market which is actively seeking talent with global business insights.

Government’s push for improvement of infrastructure is visible in the massive capital expenditure fueling projects like PM Gati Shakti, Sagarmala, freight corridors, etc. and these in turn are increasing the nation’s attractiveness to foreign players.
