Key Takeaways

Across the keynotes, panel, and speaker sessions, a few themes stood out:

  • Leadership itself is being redefined: from leading people to leading a combination of people and autonomous technology.
  • Human skills are the differentiator, not the liability: creativity, emotional intelligence, and adaptability were repeatedly framed as the edge AI cannot replace.
  • AI needs structure: this is why frameworks like the AI Systems Development Lifecycle (AISDLC) have arisen: in terms of managing enterprise-level changes to an organization, scaling AI will be as much a governance issue as it will be technical.
  • Your workforce is prepared for the now: organizations that prioritize reskilling and change management at the early stage will be more likely to take advantage of an AI-first shift.
